Together we are an integrated team of professionals and we routinely partner with the public sector and other private institutions. We are active in the revitalization of distressed communities where we focus on design, economic development, and construction. TBS proactively creates public private partnerships to master-plan, manage, and develop real estate deals that contribute to the growth, fabric, and economy of a community.

For example, today we are servicing our clients and partners delivering master plans and actively developing projects including affordable work-force, senior, and accessible housing. These are being financed through tax credits, Home Funds, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, federal stimulus grants, and debt financing through HUD and USDA. Today we are working nationally including Northeastern Illinois, Florida Keys, and San Juan County New Mexico.

We are focused on the following:

Development:
We provide development services for our projects and for third party clients. Our work includes land assembly, site acquisition, entitlement including zoning, TIF negotiations and financing.

Construction:
TBS is a general contractor and employs construction personnel that can deliver a full spectrum of Construction Services.

Consulting:
We self-perform several fee-based professional services including financial modeling, project management, planning and design, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and land surveying.
