Town Builder Studios is a new company with a very bold idea.

We shaped the design studio concept: integrated teams of design professionals that together design and develop ambitious master plans. The studio proactively creates public and private partnerships to plan, manage, and develop real estate deals that contribute to the growth, character, and fabric of a community.

Consulting: Services in planning, urban design, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and surveying.

Development: Services in negotiating development deals, land assembly, and investor introductions.
