Through a relationship that started in 2002, our team has been involved in consulting work with the Village of Robbins for over five years, first working on a transit-oriented development study and currently the comprehensive plan – the first comprehensive plan the village has ever had. But we didn’t stop there. We’re an extra pair of hands to help out in a community that has very limited resources.
We’ve dug in to Robbins in a meaningful way, assisting the village pro bono to help further their ambitious plans. Our team of professionals has given their time and skills in an effort to help the village obtain and maintain numerous grants used for additional planning studies and acquiring land. Because of these grants they are able to fine-tune their development vision and assemble land to create their first large recreational park.
