Jan headed to the picturesque region of northwestern New Mexico. On a visit to a site in Farmington, he verified site conditions, topography, and view sheds.
The views are stunning, but there’s not a lot of buildable area due to the slope of the arroyos and mesas. If you move earth around it destroys the landscape. The challenge is maximizing development potential while maintaining the raw natural beauty of the site.
