A New Neighborhood Built on Sustainable Ecological Principles
The 400 acre project site along the Fox River at the interchange of I-80 and Route 71 creates a series of sculptural landscapes through ravines, wooded forests, and open meadows. The goal of this residential community is to create a neighborhood that responds to and preserves this environment, designing with the natural landscape and topography in mind. The streets and layout of the homes were clustered together to preserve the natural features of the site.
