TBS competed and was awarded the master development rights for the 75-acre village owned abandoned golf course property known as Hidden Meadows. TBS prepared a 289 unit market rate single family master plan featuring open space and greenways that surrounded the housing.
The development is located in the Village of Park Forest, 30 miles south of downtown Chicago, which is known for its innovative post-war community plan. The picturesque 75-acre Hidden Meadows site adjacent to a forest preserve intertwines substantial open space throughout the plan. The plan integrates commercial development as well as both single and multi-family homes, respecting the existing established residential neighborhood nearby. Hidden Meadows will create a new community successfully interwoven into the existing neighborhood fabric.
