Robbins Transit Oriented Development Neighborhood

TBS is the master developer for the 90 acre Village Transit Oriented Development Neighborhood (TOD). The development will include commercial, civic, parkland and more. The first phase is a 70-unit family townhouse development flanking 139th Street within walking distance of the Robbins Metra Station.
Town Builder Studios partnered with the Village of Robbins to secure a Neighborhood Stabilization (NSP) Award of $3,537,693 and Home Fund Award of $2,000,000. The Village of Robbins and Cook County have entered into NSP and Home Fund development agreements with TBS.
We’ve been working with the Village for 10 years and have helped develop a new train station, platforms and parking lot.
TBS Role: Master Developer/General Contractor
Services: Project management, proforma financials, planning, TIF, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying
Construction: TBS will be the general contractor for the project.
