Jan is a born and bred Illinoisan who married his high school sweetheart. He’s a big fan of kettle corn, and ventures out with his family to take advantage of the many local events and attractions throughout the area.

Mr. Morel heads the Engineering and Development team for Town Builder Studios with experience in commercial, residential, industrial, and public projects. His area of expertise is civil engineering and development project management with a focus on entitlement activities.
Jan is experienced in putting together a team of consultants that can attain the goals of the specific project or development in the time frame that works for the client.
