Mr. Louthen is the owner of Town Builder Studios and has been responsible for planning, developing, and managing real estate projects. He has almost 20 years experience and remains energetic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial. He is directly responsible for the design studio concept: a special team of integrated design professionals that are capable of entitling land, elevating the standards of design and development.
His portfolio of projects includes program management, grant & funding administration, master planning, and site design & construction. Jim is driven to generate investor/partner profits and complete the deal.
Jim is most satisfied when the studio is profitably building our projects – and each professional is growing and having fun.
