Problem:
How do you create a neighborhood that respects the natural features of the site while allowing housing diversity?
The team of Fox River Woods set out to answer just that. The project site’s location along the Fox River creates a series of sculptural landscapes through ravines, wooded forests, and open meadows.
The goal of the project was to create a neighborhood that responds to and preserves this environment, creating a park-like setting for the new community.
